Meet the team at
Aterra Nutrition®
Cristina Luibil, MS, RD, LDN
I'm Cristina (she/her), the proud owner of Aterra Nutrition®. I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and I'm passionate about helping people rediscover joy and connection through food.
My path here started in public health, where I saw firsthand the limits of weight-centric nutrition messaging — how it reduces health to a number on a scale and leaves so many people feeling like failures rather than helping them heal. That realization changed the way I practice. My approach is non-diet and weight-inclusive, and grounded in the belief that recovery isn't about becoming someone new, it's about coming back to yourself.
Sessions are guided by what matters most to you, with compassionate, personalized support to help you build a sustainable relationship with food, your body, and your values.
Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and heard in our work together. That's always the goal: to be someone you can talk to openly, who meets you exactly where you are, and who helps you feel grounded and confident as you move through your healing journey.

Daylan Wentland, MS, RD, LDN
I'm Daylan (she/her), a Registered Dietitian with a background in public health and eating disorder recovery across different levels of care. I work with individuals and families to build realistic, sustainable nutrition habits that fit their lives, without ever using body size as a measure of success.
My approach is grounded in self-compassion and trust: in your body, and in your own lived experience. Sessions are shaped around your needs, not a one-size-fits-all plan. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, with no step forward ever being too small.

Aterra Nutrition's Values & Approach
At Aterra Nutrition®, we lead with compassion, empathy, and inclusivity, offering care that honors your unique experience rather than asking you to fit into a generic box.
Our practice is rooted in the non-diet philosophy. We support behavior change that improves health without weight stigma, body shaming, or rigid food rules. We believe in personalized care, stress-free nourishment, and building habits that support your emotional and physical wellbeing for the long term.
We practice from a weight-inclusive, body-neutral perspective, using a trauma-informed approach grounded in Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size® (HAES®), and neurodiversity-affirming care.
Informed consent and collaboration are central to how we work. We partner closely with you and your care team, and we take real pride in walking alongside you, personally and compassionately, throughout your recovery.
We draw from several evidence-based modalities to meet you exactly where you are. Depending on your needs, your dietitian may incorporate:
-
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
-
Family-Based Treatment (FBT)
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
-
Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)
We believe nutrition is more than nutrients. Food is foundational; it connects us to culture, family, tradition, emotion, and joy. Through a personal, non-diet approach, our dietitians support you in embracing the full experience of eating, without guilt and without fear. True, lifelong wellness includes the freedom to find happiness in food.
