A common question from those new to Intuitive Eating is, "But what if I'm not yet ready to accept my body? Is Intuitive Eating right for me?" And the answer is yes—Intuitive Eating can absolutely be for you. It's completely normal to have body image concerns, especially when diet culture and weight stigma have taught us to believe that smaller is "better." Through your coaching sessions with a certified intuitive eating counselor and dietitian, you’ll learn why dieting and shrinking your body doesn’t actually lead to better health or better body image. Instead, you'll gain confidence, self-compassion, and practical nutrition knowledge that will improve your quality of life. Once you get a taste of Intuitive Eating, you’ll never want to go back to the endless cycle of dieting. Trust me—it's a game-changer!

Through this 11-week intensive, you'll receive the support from a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, focusing on your personal journey around food freedom and body neutrality. We will use the Intuitive Eating Workbook, 2nd edition (highly encouraged to have your own copy) to take a structured and efficient deep dive into the Intuitive Eating (IE) principles and how they relate to your specific lifestyle and goals. This intensive program is beneficial for both those new to IE, and those who have been practicing IE for a while. With IE, you get what you put into it, so practicing the principles between sessions is key.

Getting started is easy!

  1. Schedule an initial appointment with the dietitian 

  2. Complete all new patient paperwork and the client services agreement 

  3. Attend your first appointment, ask lots of questions, get personalized recommendations

  4. Set intentions and continue to embody the Intuitive Eating principles between sessions

  5. Continue to nourish your body and mind with Intuitive Eating
