At Aterra Nutrition®, our Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor offers compassionate and down-to-earth support to help you break free from the mental and emotional toll of dieting. This weekly program offers personalized, non-diet guidance rooted in practical and sustainable habits. Together, we’ll explore how to honor your hunger and satisfaction, let go of food guilt, and build a compassionate, trusting relationship with your body.

Join the 10-Week Intuitive Eating Intensive, an empowering journey toward food freedom and body neutrality.

Led by a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, this one-on-one program offers personalized, non-diet support in a weight-inclusive space. Using the Intuitive Eating Workbook, 2nd Edition, we’ll take a structured, in-depth look at the Intuitive Eating principles and how they align with your lifestyle, values, and goals.

Whether you're new to Intuitive Eating or ready to deepen your practice, this intensive is designed to help you reconnect with your body, nourish yourself with confidence, and build sustainable habits rooted in self-trust, not food rules. This journey is about more than learning; it’s about practicing. The more you engage between sessions, the more powerful your transformation will be.

Please note: Sessions must be used over 10 consecutive weeks. Space is intentionally limited—only 4 spots are available each year to ensure individualized care and support (Jan, April, July, Oct start dates). The Intuitive Eating Workbook, 2nd edition, is required and provided to you from Aterra Nutrition.

Getting started is easy!

  1.  Schedule an initial appointment with the dietitian - Cristina & Sam are Certified Intuitive Eating Counselors and facilitate these intensives

  2.  Complete all new patient paperwork and the client services agreement 

  3.  Attend your first appointment, ask lots of questions, and get personalized recommendations

  4.  Set intentions, embody the Intuitive Eating principles, and connect with your RD in between sessions with our Concierge Nutrition Care service

  5.  Continue to nourish your body and mind with Intuitive Eating
