At Aterra Nutrition®, our Registered Dietitians and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselors offer compassionate and down-to-earth support to help you break free from the mental and emotional toll of dieting. Our Intuitive Eating (IE) programs are offered in a group setting or as a personalized weekly intensive. Whichever you choose, you'll gain non-diet guidance rooted in practical and sustainable habits. Together, we’ll explore how to honor your hunger and satisfaction, let go of food guilt, and build a compassionate, trusting relationship with your body.

Our 10-week personalized intensive is an empowering journey toward food freedom and body neutrality.
This one-on-one program offers personalized, non-diet support at your own pace, in your own way. Using the Intuitive Eating Workbook, 2nd Edition, we’ll take a structured, in-depth look at the Intuitive Eating principles and how they align with your lifestyle, values, and goals.
This weekly intensive offers compassionate, personalized, non-diet guidance rooted in practical and sustainable habits. No more counting, tracking, or rigid rules. We'll help you nourish yourself with confidence and joy. If you're committed to leaving the binge-restrict cycle behind and embracing food freedom for good, this is your invitation to make peace with food once and for all.

Our signature program, Nourish Your Life, brings together women who are ready to deepen their understanding and practice IE in a supportive group setting.
Nourish Your Life is here to help you aim for more: more nourishment, more rest, more body trust, and more self-compassion, where personal growth thrives in community.
Nourish Your Life is an interactive Intuitive Eating membership where you’ll explore the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating in a supportive, non-diet space.
This program is for adult women ready to break free from diet culture and build a peaceful, intuitive relationship with food, movement, and body.

This group is intentionally capped at 8 members to keep it small and inviting; however a minimum of 5 members must join for this group to thrive. The Intuitive Eating Workbook, 2nd edition, is required.
