Meet the team at
Aterra Nutrition
Cristina Luibil, MS, RD, LDN
I’m Cristina (she/her) and the proud owner of Aterra Nutrition®. I'm a registered dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who is passionate about helping you rediscover joy and connection through food.
At Aterra Nutrition, I take a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach rooted in intuitive eating and whole-person wellness. Our sessions are guided by what matters most to you; no rigid checklists, no judgment. Just compassionate, personalized support to help you build a sustainable relationship with food, your body, and your values.
Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and heard in our work together. That’s my goal: to be someone you can talk to openly, who meets you where you are, and who helps you feel grounded, just like the name “Aterra,” which comes from my Sicilian roots and means “grounded” in my mother’s dialect.

Camille Horton, MPH, RD, LDN
I’m Camille (she/her), a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Nutrition and Dietetics from UNC-Chapel Hill.
My background in public health has shaped my approach to nutrition through a lens that considers the broader picture. I understand how factors such as socioeconomic status, cultural norms, and food environments influence our health and eating behaviors. That’s why I take a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach rooted in intuitive eating and self-compassion.
My goal is to help you make peace with food, challenge diet culture, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels empowering and sustainable. I’m especially passionate about supporting those recovering from disordered eating and the harmful messages we’ve all absorbed about food and bodies.
I’m currently accepting new clients, and I’d be honored to support you if you’re navigating:
-
Diabetes
-
Kidney disease
-
Hypertension
-
High cholesterol
-
GI issues

Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to meet you with empathy, curiosity, and care.
