Meet the team at
Aterra Nutrition®
Cristina Luibil, MS, RD, LDN
I’m Cristina (she/her) and the proud owner of Aterra Nutrition®. I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who is passionate about helping you rediscover joy and connection through food.
At Aterra Nutrition, I take an approach rooted in intuitive eating and whole-person wellness. Our sessions are guided by what matters most to you; no rigid rules or judgment, just compassionate, personalized support to help you build a sustainable relationship with food, your body, and your values.
Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and heard in our work together. That’s my goal: to be someone you can talk to openly, who meets you where you are, and who helps you feel grounded, just like the name “Aterra,” which comes from my Sicilian roots and means “grounded”.

Sam Nuzio, MS, RD, LDN
I'm Sam (she/her), a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Author with a Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rutgers University.
I approach nutrition holistically through a non-diet lens, honoring the deep connections we have with food. In our sessions, we'll explore food access and preparation, lifestyle and environment while respecting cultural influences and personal preferences.
My goal is to help you feel less stressed and more confident in your food choices, whether you’re at brunch with friends, figuring out dinner after picking up the kids or heading to the office. Together, we can quiet the diet noise and reconnect with the nourishment your body truly needs.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to meet you with empathy, curiosity, and care.
Currently taking new patients for Intuitive Eating, gut health, women's health, disordered eating, and improving labs through nutrition.
