Meet the team at
Aterra Nutrition®

Cristina Luibil, MS, RD, LDN

I’m Cristina (she/her) and the proud owner of Aterra Nutrition®. I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who is passionate about helping you rediscover joy and connection through food.

At Aterra Nutrition, I take an approach rooted in intuitive eating and whole-person wellness. Our sessions are guided by what matters most to you; no rigid checklists, no judgment. Just compassionate, personalized support to help you build a sustainable relationship with food, your body, and your values.

Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and heard in our work together. That’s my goal: to be someone you can talk to openly, who meets you where you are, and who helps you feel grounded, just like the name “Aterra,” which comes from my Sicilian roots and means “grounded”.

Sam Nuzio, MS, RD, LDN

I'm Sam (she/her), a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Author with a Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rutgers University.

I approach nutrition holistically through a non-diet lens, honoring the deep connections we have with food. In our sessions, we'll explore food access and preparation, lifestyle and environment while respecting cultural influences and personal preferences.

My goal is to help you feel less stressed and more confident in your food choices, whether you’re at brunch with friends, figuring out dinner after picking up the kids or heading to the office. Together, we can quiet the diet noise and reconnect with the nourishment your body truly needs.

Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to meet you with empathy, curiosity, and care.

Currently taking new patients for Intuitive Eating, disordered eating, gut health, women's health, improving labs through nutrition, and overall nutrition and wellness.

Isabella Ghaleb, MS, RDN, LDN

I’m Isabella (she/her), feel free to call me Bella. I'm a Registered Dietitian with a Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Montclair State University.

I bring compassion and empathy into my counseling sessions to help folks heal their relationship with food and body.  I believe eating and moving our bodies shouldn’t come with guilt—life’s too short for that kind of stress. We all deserve to enjoy each day without feeling bad about how we fuel or care for ourselves.

My goal is to help you feel confident with your food choices, appreciate what your body can do,
and enjoy life without the constant negative thought toward food. I strive for sustainable practices that are
based in a non-diet approach without body shame and harmful diet culture messages.

I'm honored to be your dietitian and support you on your journey.

Kailyn Stanley, MPH, RDN, CBS

I’m Kailyn (she/her), a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Public Health from Liberty University.

I’ve spent over a decade working in maternal and child health related public health programs. My approach to nutrition is compassionate and evidence-based, with a strong focus on educating and empowering individuals and families to reach their goals.

I’m passionate about helping families build sustainable habits that fit their unique lifestyles. I truly believe it takes a village to raise and feed children—and having a supportive team can make it easier to make informed, confident decisions.

My approach is never one-size-fits-all. Each session is personalized to meet your specific nutrition goals and medical nutrition therapy needs.

I understand that change is a process, and it looks different for everyone.

Taking new patients in 2026 for family-based nutrition, perinatal nutrition, women’s health, disordered eating, and nutrition for mental health.
