Sam Nuzio, MS, RD, LDN
I’m Sam (she/her), a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and author. I take a holistic, non-diet approach to nutrition, recognizing how deeply food is connected to our lives. In our work together, we’ll look at things like food access, cooking, your daily routine, and environment, while honoring your culture, preferences, and what matters most to you.
My goal is to help you feel more at ease and confident with food, whether you’re out with friends, feeding your family, or navigating a busy workday. We’ll work on tuning out diet noise and reconnecting with what your body needs. Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you with empathy and curiosity.
I’m currently accepting new patients (adults) for Intuitive Eating and women’s health, and I’m licensed in MD and NJ.

I’m currently accepting new patients (teens and adults) for eating disorder recovery, Intuitive Eating, women's health, family nutrition, and mental health nutrition. I'm licensed in DC, MD, VA, and MI.
